If at any point in the interviewing process you encounter a problem with the App and it crashes, please follow the following steps to recover and continue your interview.
- Re-open the App.
- Re-enter your invite code in and you should continue from where you left off.
If these steps did not work:
- Delete the App from your device.
- Re-install the App on your device.
- Re-enter your invite code into the App and you should continue from where you left off.
If this still does not work for you then use our web browser version if you have access to a computer with a webcam
Visit https://candidate.shineinterview.com and enter your invite code. Again you should be able to continue from where you left off.
If none of these issues work, please contact the organisation that sent you your invite and ask them for a reset so that you can start your interview from the beginning.
