Uninstall the App

If you continue to have issues, you can uninstall the App. Any data saved in it will be erased.

To uninstall the App: 

• Touch and hold the app.
• Drag it to the icon at the top of the screen that says Uninstall. 
• If you want to use the app again, you can try reinstalling.
• An alternative is to use the web based version, which can be found via your interview welcome email.
• If you still have issues, you can contact the employer to make alternative arrangements.
