At any stage, you may decide to reject a candidate. Best practice is to ensure that the reasons are documented on the review page and confirmed by a manager. A candidate can be rejected either by clicking on the link on the review page, or dropping the candidate into the Reject area that appears at the top of the page when dragging them on the shortlist page.
Again, if you change your mind, adjust the filters to show rejected candidates (by default we hide them), and update them.
