Creating or Editing a Role

There is a simple wizard to follow when creating or editing a role. Click either Add to create new, or the Edit button to modify existing.

Step 1: Set title, opening and closing dates, and company overview. The company overview can be a video, or if not selected the text will be displayed instead. To add a video, click the + symbol and either browse through the library or upload a new video.

Enterprise accounts are able to restrict the role to a selected sub account if required and available.

Step 2: Set salary (for internal info only, not displayed in app to candidates) and job overview. The job overview can be a video, or if not selected the text will be displayed instead. To add a video, click the + symbol and either browse through the library or upload a new video.

Step 3: Set Benefits and Skills (for internal info only, not displayed in app to candidates)

Step 4: Set introduction text. These fields are displayed to a candidate prior to starting the interview or practice questions.

Step 5: Set text to display before and after the practice question, prior to actual interview starting.

Step 6: Add Questions. Questions are added by entering the text that will be revealed to the candidate and a time limit, up to two minutes, then clicking Add. Each role must have one practice question, which is created by checking the practice question checkbox. The practice question is highlighted in the question list, and must always be first in the list. Up to ten interview questions may be added per role. Once added, a question can be edited, deleted or change the order by selecting, dragging and dropping from the list on the right hand side.

Step 7: Add next steps. You can add as many steps here as you like, and this is usually used to explain to the candidate the next steps in the process. Once added, a step can be edited, deleted or change the order by selecting, dragging and dropping from the list on the right hand side.
