Force stop the App

Force stopping the App completely shuts it down, including any background services that may be causing your issue. To force stop the App: 

• Open the main Settings on your device.
• Touch Apps or Application Manager(depending on your device, this may be different).
• Select the App from the list.
• Touch Force Stop.

If you restart, you will need to re-enter your invitation code, and will pick up at the last question you reached.
