Each user is able to set a score between 0 and 10 for each question. Simply slide, or drag the bar to the desired score. This is the individual user’s opinion, and is combined with all other scores for that question to create an average, shown in the overall score.
We recommend creating a competency matrix, to ensure consistent scoring for each candidate, and to create a reference point when watching the interview back. This sets out the criteria that has to be met to obtain a particular score and is considered industry best practice.
