Managing Users

As an account admin, click the users tab from the menu. From here it is possible to add, edit or delete existing users.

     

When creating a new user, the User Name is a unique email address. If sub accounts are available, select an account that the user will be associated with. This will determine which information they will have access to – users in a parent account can see roles and videos in the child accounts, but users in a child account cannot see roles and videos from other sub accounts.

 

On creation, a validation email will be sent to the new user, who must use the link to activate the account.

 

The user will be asked to create a new password, and then be logged in.
