The following is our minimum recommended hardware specification for all supported devices.
Windows:
Min. recommended specification is Windows 7 with at least a 1.5Ghz processor and 2Gb RAM (memory) and a web cam (internal or external). Please note Windows 7 is NOT supported for two-way live interviews.
Macintosh:
Min. recommended specification is Mac OS Snow Leopard with at least a 2Ghz processor and 2Gb RAM (memory) and a web cam (internal or external).
iOS:
Min. recommended specification is iOS 9 and above with around 500Mb free space.
Android:
Min. recommended specification is Android 5 and above with around 500Mb free space.
